Knight's Karate was founded in 1995 and has been a family-owned-and-operated business in Kailua for 10 years. Army Veteran David Knight, chief instructor, is an 8th degree Black Belt, Kyoshi certified instructor. He is one of only ten certified Isshin-Kai instructors in the world, and the only one in the state of Hawaii. Stacie Knight is a 7th degree Black Belt in Isshin-Ryu karate. With multiple bachelor and masters degrees and 40 years accumulated training and experience, David and Stacie Senseis, are uniquely qualified, world class instructors. We are proud that our instructor, Sensei Arcenio Advincula, USMC MSgt (Ret) and first-generation student of Isshin-Ryu Karate founder, Shimabuku Tatsuo Sensei is one of the cofounders of the Marine Corp Martial Arts Program and the Ishhin-Kai.
